Ronald McDonald House Charities of Mississippi uses a staff of dedicated individuals, both employed and volunteer, to provide comfort, compassion and care for families who need to be with their children receiving specialized medical care. Along with skills to perform specific job descriptions, ideal employees naturally possess characteristics of compassion for others; patience in time of stress; and desire to serve others.
